Channel currency is similar but separate from Twitch Channel Points. It is a monetary-based system where viewers receive an amount of currency over time. The name of the channel currency is giblets. Earn one giblet for every minute of live stream watchtime. There are additional ways to earn giblets with some risk involved. Giblets can also be redeemed for exclusive channel rewards.

Channel Currency Commands

!battle - Fight another viewer to the death and win 20,000 giblets. An entry fee of 1k giblets is deducted from the challenger's stash. Only one battle per hour. Here is how to properly redeem the command: !battle @streamelements

!giblets - Show the amount of giblets you currently have in your possession.

!givegiblets - Give an amount of giblets to a specific viewer. Example: !givegiblets @username 100

!trivia - The Trivia game picks a random question and asks the viewers to select the correct answer from a list of possible ones. Those that guess the correct answer win giblets.

!hotpotato - A game that gives a ticking potato bomb to a player, who then must pass it off to someone else before it explodes. The person who last held the potato before it exploded wins 1,000 giblets. You can pass the potato to a specific person by typing !hotpotato @username.

!roulette - The Roulette game allows viewers to start a betting game where you bet on a specific number, any number from 1 to 10. Once the game is started, viewers have 60 seconds to enter their number pick. If you win, you will receive 200 giblets. If you lose, 10 giblets will be deducted from your account. Example: !roulette 7 (this starts a roulette game with the viewer selecting 7 as their winning pick)

!lockbox - The Lock Box game allows you to guess the combination of a locked box using the numbers 0-9 that contains a large amount of giblets. Every failed guess puts the required giblets amount into the box and gives a hint to the combination, while a currect guess gets all the giblets inside. Example: !lockbox 528

!lockbox status - Using this command allows you to shake the lockbox and determine how many giblets are inside.

!lockbox inspect - This command costs 10 giblets but will give you a clue as to what the winning combination is.

!steal - The Steal game allows the viewer to attempt to steal giblets from another random viewer. If successful, the viewer steals the bet amount from the other viewer. If failed, they lose the bet amount. Example: !steal 100

!coinpusher - The Coin Pusher game allows a viewer to deposit a specific amount of giblets into a machine with the chance for a large payout. The minimum amount is 500 giblets. Example: !coinpusher 500

!heist - The Heist game allows a viewer to start a group activity for viewers to individually bet when they participate. Each viewer has their own individual chance to succeed and win back more or fail and lose their bet. Viewers have 60 seconds to join the heist. Example: !heist 50

!duel - The Duel game challenges the specified viewer to a winner-takes-all for the bet amount. If successful, the viewer takes the bet amount from the specified viewer. If failed, the specified viewer takes the bet amount from the viewer who initiated the duel. Example: !duel @username 100

!spin - Grab the wheel and give it a spin. Take your chance at landing on a win. Example: !spin 100

!volcano - Deposit giblets in a volcano. With each deposit, there is a chance the volcano will erupt, giving the user a special payout and an opportunity for others in chat to collect giblets from the eruption. Example: !volcano 100
